DNA Collection

The DSMZ offers quality controlled DNA for PCR applications from nearly all bacterial strains and yeasts of the collection. Quality is also sufficient for genome sequencing applying Illumina and related techniques but not intended for long read sequencing.

Usage restrictions

Use of the products is restricted to the facility of the customer. Commercial distribution to third parties requires the previous written consent of DSMZ and potentially the written acceptance of any additional provisions and limitations imposed upon DSMZ by such third party. For in vitro and scientific use only.

Access rights

The material of the public collection might be accessed by all legal entities except private persons. If applicable MTA agreements are requested. The supply of the material may fall under different national/international laws/restrictions.
